Description:
On September 18, 2019, the City Council of the City of Fairview adopted Resolution No. 39-2019 (Attachment A) declaring the following parcel of real property as surplus property:

20617 NE Wistful Vista Drive, Fairview, Oregon (Attachments B & C); further identified as Multnomah County Assessor's Map No. IN 3E 28 CB Tax Lot 01002, Partition Plat No. 2002-33, Lot 2, Account Number R521869, Alternate Account Number R649821300 in City of Fairview, County of Multnomah, State of Oregon, subject to Deed Reservations (Attachment E-2). 

The property has several mature trees, a variety of slopes (as indicated on the area topography map - Attachment D) and potential wetlands. The property also encompasses Osborne Spring, the headwaters of Osborne Creek. 

Per Multnomah County records, the lot is 105,877 sq. ft. in size (2.43 acres). 
The property is zoned Residential (R- 10). Please refer to the Fairview Municipal Code (FMC) Title 19; Development Code, for land-use regulations or visit the Fairview Planning Office at 1300 NE Village Street (503-674-6223). 

The Schatz Barn Property is not on a comer lot but has frontage on two streets; NE Wistful Vista Drive and NE 205th A venue. Both streets have two paved lanes of travel with no other improvements. There is an unimproved access to the property off of NE Wistful Vista Drive.
