Street lights located in the City are owned and maintained by Portland General Electric (PGE). If you notice a light that's out, flickering, or stays on all day, you can report it to PGE directly by calling PGE Lighting at (503)228-6322, (800)544-1795, by emailing them at , or by visiting the Report a Streetlight page and filling out the online form on PGE's website.

When reporting a street light outage or repair, please include the map and pole number, the address the pole is nearest to, and what the problem is, (light out, flickering, on all day). Most light poles have a metal tag located on them which has the map and pole number.
