Consolidated Stormwater Master Plan
In 2007, the city adopted the Consolidated Stormwater Master Plan (CSMP) and completed an update in 2015. The plan analyzed problem areas within Fairview along with our National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit requirements and identified needed capital improvement projects (CIPs). In 2018, the city introduced the Fairview Creek Addendum to supplement the existing Stormwater Master Plans. The improvements are either required to reduce flooding, improve stormwater conveyance, and/or improve stormwater quality. These projects were ranked and prioritized and placed in the final CSMP along with maps and project cost sheets.
